My first MEAN stack project, completed as a design & development exercise. Its a prototype for a social networking site targeted towards artists and designers desiring feedback and constructive critique.
Like most university websites, the frontpage of dixie.edu is targeted towards prospective students. This leaves other user groups such as current students, faculty, staff and community members lost when trying to find content relevant to their needs. Redesigning our “portal” pages to be effective homepages or dashboards for each user group was a critical issue and top priority for our team that year.
Completely reimagining the “Answer a Call and Schedule Work” experience for HVAC dispatchers and customer service reps. inside the Pointman Web App and conducting the necessary user research.
Redesign of a system administration site for SuccessWare Remote, a mobile app for the HVAC technicians in the field. This site was primarily used by the Pointman support team and account administrators for SWR customers.
